"I go to lifetime 6 days a week 2 times a day to workout at the Warrenville lifetime. The Oakbrook lifetime membership is bit costly and is to expensive for me. I do use the lifetime spa which is amazing. Everyone is so nice and know there stuff."

"Samantha fixed my bad haircut with care, she laid out my options for a cut and alternatives (extensions) while regrowing the length. She walked me through what she was doing and gave me a handful of tips for styling. I also got a derma-facial and tinted brows from Miranda. They turned out great! They are both very knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10"

"Beautiful Building and Salon! I love lifetime spa and usually have service done at Warrenville location. For the first time I wanted to try Lifespa at Oakbrook location. They scheduled me with a new stylist. Assured me she has tones of experience, around 15 years, however I apsolutely regret it!! I came for hair cut and color. Was looking to possible add few higlights on my front. I told her I do not want to much bleach on my hair, becuse my hair is thin and easy to damage. She did not listen at all what I was asking for. Instead she added around 25 foils all over my head without even asking. I asked her what is she doing and she said I am sorry I did not explain that this is the way how partial highlights are done. You need 20-25 foils not few. Even though I have explained to her that I just wanted to test it out few lighter highlights to see how I like it. She touched up my roots with way to dark color then what I agreed to. I was sitting there totall of 2.5 hours. I was falling asleep few times. She was really slow. Did not even bother to offer a towel for a neck support while washing, rinsing and applying products to my hair. The sink edge did not have a support and my neck was hurting after long 45 minutes of sitting there… When she finished, I had color all over my ears and neck. She did not even bother wiping it out. I had to do it. The only part I liked was a blow dry. She did good job. At the end of the service I was trying to replenish my morocan oil and she tried to sell me additional products, that I really did not wanted. At the front desk cashier asked me to pay $273 plus for my product and I was shocked!!!! When I called to schedule service they told me color and cut was $130. I was expecting a little more for few highlights…. I have asked a cashier to explain cost of my service, so I can understand what I am paying for. I realized she charged me extra for some hair treatment that I did not even have it done and asked her to adjust the price according to the service that was done. Cashier was iritated and while giving price breakdown asked how I am going to pay the tip with cash or card. ( Honestly, I am a good tipper, but this stylist did not deserve a penny from me)!! While sitting there I noticed that other stylists were more professional, more skilled, definitely have beter engagement with their clients and faster working!! Because of this experience I am sad to say will not re- visit Lifespa at Oakbrook."

"I had a really bad pulled muscle in my neck and back and was able to get a pretty last minute appointment with Lucia. She tailored my hour long massage to give me relief in this area and it really helped. I really appreciated her efforts and care. I did the hour long CBD massage and have also done a 30 min CBD massage with Edyta and both were great experiences and I love how much availability they have, especially when you need immediate relief."
