"This was my second visit with my 7 year old daughter. Anna and Michael are incredible people and went above and beyond for us. They sacrificed their time to get me and my daughter in to do our nails on a Saturday past closing time. Nobody else would ever do that! It was my second visit but I truly feel like Anna is someone I’ve known for years that’s how welcoming and friendly she makes you feel. And my daughter showed Michael a picture of a French hombre style design she wanted on the acrylic nail she wanted and I was shocked how stunning they turned out! He is soooo good and gifted! My mani and pedi turned out gorgeous from Anna as well. I’d give these guys 10 stars. I’ll never go anywhere else from now on. The pic I added is my 7 year olds acrylic nails Michael did they are beautiful! Thank you again so much Anna and Michael! We just got back from another visit to OP Nails 12/16/23 and Michael did another stunning job on my daughter’s nails! She is so happy with the design Michael did. He is the absolute best and Acrylic nail art. Anna is always so nice warm and welcoming it was so nice to see her again too. Thank you again and Merry Christmas."
"Second experience when I called ahead and asked if they can take me. They say yes then I get there and they say they aren’t available. Technician tried saying she told me no phone but untrue. was even asked what kind of service I need and prices. Drive 20 minutes for them to tell me she knew I was confused on the phone but had my number and easily could have called back if true. Clearly just took walk in over my appt and wanted me yo just wait 40 minutes. Literally second time it happened here too. Won’t go back"
