"My boyfriend and I loved to go here before because everyone was so kind and they did well on our hair. But today, he got another haircut and for the first time ever, I had to get up and say that the hair is not right. The hairstylist, Donna, had already took off his cape and was ready to send him off looking like this. She spent more time to fix it after it was mentioned, but it was still uneven in the back and the sides were unblended. We were shocked so we just paid and left. My boyfriend went home and shaved his whole head off on his own."

"If I could leave ZERO stars I would. My brother went there for a haircut and they’ve cut it really choppy. They wanted him to leave with this haircut. What kind of “salon” hires people who DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR?! My brother ended up shaving his head because of this. What a nightmare! Do not go to this place!"

"I showed up at 6:00 for 6:15 appointment. My stylist showed up closer to 6:30 and was flustered. She had time to make conversations with her co-workers and wasn't really paying attention when she was getting me in the chair. I repeated myself twice. I asked for medium skin fade and the lady shaved a stripe up the side of my head because apparently there is some ambiguity about what a "medium skin fade" versus "shave it all one length" means. If i wanted it shaved all one length down to the skin i would do it at home but i booked a service for a style/cut, not a 1 length shave. She asked what number I wanted to start with. I confirmed i wanted a tight fade starting with a 1. At every other Salon I've been to I start with one and they fade it up into a longer length. My hair is a complete freaking disaster - it's been growing out the sides and back of my undercut for a fade for pictures and now it's completely ruined. I asked for the manager when I was at the front desk and asked if there had been something confusing about what I said and the woman I spoke to told me I would be able to call the manager tomorrow and the only thing she could think of is that her co-workers grasp of English is not great."

"My son came home and when I saw his hair I thought it was a joke. I could not believe they did this to my son they left half of his had and the rest was bald. My son came home crying to me and I was absolutely bewildered. DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve been to lots of places and NONE have met these low standards. There are many terrible reviews aswell with similar problems I can’t believe this, I sent my daughter to take my son to get his hairs cut I don’t know who cut his hair but it was a women. I have pictures below to show this monstrosity of work done by these “professionals”."
