Reviews of Brow art 23
"They have the worst customer service. They are rude and don’t care about customers. One of the places had my eyes glued together. The two ladies were talking and not paying attention to my eye brows. Then today, I tried to get my eyebrows done at the other one in the mall and they obviously tried to discourage me from getting my eyebrows done. They don’t care about your business. They ignore customers. I just turned around and walked away. I’ll goto Walmart tomorrow. I’ll never goto this place again. The women working there need to be fired. Where is the owner. He needs to know about how bad they treat potential customers."
"Worst place ever the lady on the right, last chair She wear glasses, well still she can see clear Since she didn’t do a good cleaning on my eyebrows and upper lips it also let my skin red and peel Came home with pelos everywhere O STARTS"
"I came here to get my eyebrows tinted. This was the absolute worst experience eyebrow wise in my life, I told the woman that I only wanted a tint and she then proceeded to cut the end of my brow without checking in first. I then told her again I only wanted a tint and she then proceeded to make multiple comments on how my eyebrows are so long and thick and that I should shape them as well. After repeatedly telling her I don't want that she made a comment saying "I guess the clients always right" this entire appointment was terrible, not to mention my eyebrows are straight up black, there's dye all over my fingers because I practically removed it myself, as well as the fact that I'm now missing a chunk of my eyebrow that I have to wait weeks for it to grow back. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, well maybe I would…. it's pretty bad. this was genuinely one of the worst eyebrow experiences I have ever had. If you're looking for a review to decide if you should go here or not let this be it, DONT! If I could give this O stars I would. Mind you I understand the dye will be dark for a few days but to cut my eyebrows? The second photo is my eyebrow after lots of scrubbing and as you can tell the end is very different than the first photo, she left me with one cut eyebrow.. AA & Q eyebrow tint"
"I've been coming to this threading place for several years now, and as such I've seen many of the employees come and go. In fact, my mom is close friends with a former employee. That being said, I am quite disappointed in what this store has become. Before, they would do an above average job when they did your eyebrows or facial hair. Now, they could care less. I recently went in to give them one last chance at keeping my business, but this last visit was the last nail in the coffin. I asked the young woman who did my eyebrows to "keep them natural, just clean them up". She obviously didn't care to follow my request, because after she was done my eyebrows were A LOT thinner than I had asked. This would've been ok, and I would have excused it if this was the only thing that went wrong because she seemed new. But unfortunately, that was not the case. She went on to do my upper lip and chin, and of course she wanted to rush through it. I felt some stinging, but I attributed that to the normal pain you get when you get your facial hair threaded. When I came home, I was able to see scabs forming on my face from the cuts that she had left. Now, if it was 1 or at most 2 cuts that would have been fine. That's happened before, and I don't fault the person who threads me because it's an honest mistake. But when my skin is littered with cuts? Now, that's just negligence. I'm attaching photos of the cuts that were left by the young woman who threaded my facial hair. Suffice it to say, I will NOT be returning. I highly suggest that you find somewhere else to get your threading done, because the lack of work ethic at this place is astounding. That being said, if you know someone who can do eyebrows and facial hair without cutting up someone's face, please let me know!"
