"The communication for this place is very poor. The first time I got my lashes done the girl at the front desk told me that the refills will always be $70-$80. Also, I was told that I was getting a classic done not volume .It’s wasn’t Till after I got my lashes done that they told me the price is different. I asked to speak to the manager she wasn’t there. And then, when they told me that she would call me, she never called, but they called back twice to asked me if I wanted to get a refill. I think you guys need to talk to your employees about the prices. What I don’t like is being confused about how much I’m supposed to pay and feeling like I have to argue about that with the employees."

"I haven’t even been to this location but I’ve been calling for two days straight and have not gotten anyone to answer the phone. I guess that says a lot about what the service may be like. At least the Oak Park location returns missed calls and picks up the phone."

"I have a monthly membership which entitles me to two refills per month. I had to leave work an hour early today in order to squeeze in an appointment that worked for me and the salon only to be told that I didn’t have enough lashes left for a refill and the tech didn’t have time for a full set. I asked her to just put in what she normally would for a refill in the hour refill timeframe and that they didn’t have to be perfect. Nope…new policy…can’t do it. So…I left work early for nothing and the tech then sat around doing nothing for the hour she was supposed to spend on me. I cancelled my membership. I am paying $140 per month and get turned away when I am finally able to squeeze in an appointment. I have credits to use for the next few months and then I will be finding somewhere else that is more accommodating."

"Service was Eye lashes. I did not like my lashes. Individual lashes fell off quickly and they were not what I requested although I paid for volume I still got a classic look. My lashes started shedding in one day. Then I had to paid $80 for a refill in an about a week."
