I got a no chip manicure (looked great) but no hand massage :( Paid $37 Location was not as clean as I wished. Overall experience & service was good."

"I had an older gentleman do a pedicure and manicure on April 26, 2023. Honestly, THIS WAS AN AWFUL experience! I ended up having to ask for help as he cured the gel on my cuticles and it had to be cut off. The manicure was awful from beginning to end. I have only had this manicure LESS than 1 week AND NEED TO GET THIS REMOVED! My whole ring finger was not done properly. My nails and cuticles are NOW ABSOLUTELY UGLY! PLEASE DO NOT SEE THE OLDER GUY HERE! HE HAS NO IDEA what he is doing!"
