"I was kind a great atmosphere and want to have a nice nail. But…not. Rose did my nails. She didn’t paint clean. Around skin lot of color, bubbles. I told her , she was getting angry. Keep speaking her language. I didn’t feel comfortable. I never go back this place."

"Selected color 106 from their own color selection. A sparkling champagne color w a black tip. I got this awful Frankenstein shade. The first two times the powder was applied, it was light and nice. When the final product was done…awful. I have been a regular customer and tried to be nice, but I could not take it. I went back for a redo. Nope. I was told the color I selected is not available for a dip. Why was that not shared BEFORE it was applied? Then I was told I would have to come back another time to fix it. Nope. Done. I had manicures chip after a few days, and I never complained. Now, I am over this place."

"This is my second time ever getting a dip manicure and first time here. I made my appointment online and it was easy, showed up about 10 minutes early to check in and start the removal of my old color. They took their time and were thorough and I'm happy with the results!"

"Complete incompetence! If there was a negative star review I would have given it. Completely ruined my nails! Came in at 12:45 for regular pedi and no chip manicure. The lady did my pedicure first and finished at 2pm. Very slow and when i asked her to cut them short she said that she can’t. I was ok whatever… when we got to the manicure part she did not soak my previous no chip and she started arguing that these are not my nails! She asked 2 more nail technicians to come and verify that these are my nails and it is indeed no chip. Then in stead of saying i am sorry i do NOT know how to do that proceeded to remove my no chop with the drill. Then they asked me to soak my nails in cup of acetone then with another drill another technician removed the remaining no chip. This made my nails so thin. Finally i said enough! I would never come back to this place nor I would recommend it to anyone"
