"I visited the owner of the business when they first opened. While she had great customer service, she completely ruined my nail beds. I asked for a no chip manicure and she filed them beforehand, something that is not typical with this service. After the service, I noticed that the polish was all over my cuticles so I asked that she please remove it. She did remove it and was very nice about it but she filed them instead of soaking them and that resulted in my nails being so paper thin that they have been incredibly painful since. It's been almost two months and they are so fragile and I expect it will be several months before they grow back out to their previous state."
