"I don’t recommend getting massages at the spa. The noise from staff in the hallway is disruptive and makes it impossible to unwind. This happened on two occasions: the first was a deep tissue so I didn’t care because relaxation. The second was an expensive 90 minute Mother’s Day gift. Two staff members were in the next room having a long, loud conversation about products. There was laughter, sudden loud exclamations and no effort to use their inside voice never mind their spa voice!! It lasted for at least half the appointment (I had flipped onto my back before it finally ended). It is hard to exaggerate how invasive the noise was - I could hear every word the more senior employee was saying and a lot of the second one said. Here’s the reason for 1-star: I informed the floor manager (who was apologetic) and told I would be contacted by the company or branch manager. After a few weeks I heard nothing back so contacted them via their website. Waited another week and contacted via the website again. Never heard back. I don’t want a refund or free stuff. Just wanted to let them know train their staff, move massage rooms away from noise or soundproof their space? Not going back."

"Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I had to reschedule my appt, which I did a day before online. Charged me $42 even though customer service said they shouldn’t have and something was wrong. Brought it up at the salon, they did nothing. My colorist up-charged me to do a base color to color my minimal grey hair and switched me to an up-charge for a “foiliage” . My color is horrendous. Completely uneven and not even close to what I asked for. I typically don’t care and can get used to anything but it is so bad. My haircut was 35 minutes late so I waited after getting my hair colored on their dirty couch. The bathroom garage was over flowing while the girls in the front were on their phones. My haircut was great though. Laurie did a great job and I love the cut. When I was down, I checked out and gave the front desk girl the tip amount which she doubled instead of splitting. Do not recommend. Paid over $400 for the worst color job, over charged and bad experience. ."
