"I was returning a faulty product. Led gel full hand light. It didn't dry my nails. The Manager told me to wait in line and then she left. Given the Size of the bag, she could have approved the return and had me on my way. Instead she took 5 minutes. Anticipating the guest needs. Simple request. Instead I got attitude. I won't be back."

"Place only offers promoted discounts when Telephone Number is given. So no shopping recommendation. Beside that: unorganized, clutter, full trash cans, empty tester,… really bad shopping experience!"

"I am a regular Ulta customer at this location for many years . I’ve never had a negative experience until this morning . The store manager is disrespectful to store staff . A young girl was alone at the register requesting back up because their was a line of customers, no one came to help . She mentioned this to the manager and she said rudely that’s why you have a radio. Something in the lines of that context . She again called for back up , no one came to help her . She then took care of me and my diamond coupon wouldn’t go through , haven’t used it either . She asked her manager for help but she was extremely rude and dismissive, said nothing could be done , she was agitated while helping another customer . I explained , this coupon is valid for prestigious items as well and I attempted to use the coupon online to pick up the flat iron on sale today but as I was checking out on the app , the product was removed because it sold out so fast . But the coupon was valid . The manager disregarded me . I then pulled up a new coupon , a surprise coupon just added for Diamond Members , it didn’t go through . At this point I know it’s a glitch in the system, but again the manager said she couldn’t do anything , without even fully knowing what I was talking about because she was still trying to ring up a customer . Overall a rude , dismissive, manager who lacks the qualities needed to not only be management but work with customers ."

"The staff is always very very nice and helpful. They are knowledgeable and can answer most questions that you have about products. The store is always clean and has a wide selection of products. I grabbed my birthday gift while I was there too!"
