"They have poor customer service! We had a 70’s party at work and we went to Party City and asked the guy behind the counter if they had a costume we looked up online and it said it was in the store. We informed him of this info and he didn’t acknowledge we were even standing there and said, “If it’s not in the back we don’t have it.” I asked him if they had any other 70’s costumes or accessories and he said no."

"Came in needing a last-minute balloon arrangement. The employee that helped me was very courteous and patient and had everything done in about 20 minutes while I browsed next door at Ross."

"I went in yesterday for New Years Eve decorations and was treated horrible by a man at the cash register by the name of Brandon. He was working 12/31/2023 at around 4:30pm. He was extremely rude and kept saying things over and over to me even in front of the manager. The manager fixed the price issue on the balloons that I was buying but did not even apologize for what happened and the way his employee kept talking to me. Brandon even blamed me for the long line behind me because I wanted to speak with a manager, he kept saying I was screaming which was a lie, and told me if I had a problem with the price then not to buy it. Stores need to really hire people who want to work and help customers because I personally wont be spending my money at this store ever again."

"Lisa, LaToya and Cam were fantastic! They all have great customer service and went above and beyond to get me the balloons I needed for 2 birthdays at the last minute while the ice cream cake was in car! The friendliness, service and speed were superb from beginning to end!! Thanks y’all, the cake made it!!!"

"No party here. Was depressing and I left sad, nauseous with a headache. This is why brick-and-mortar stores are closing. This place was awful. I was greeted with a horrible chemical smell that made me cough and gag and gave me the aforementioned nausea and headache. I feel so bad for the employees having to breathe that all day!! I was on a work mission so I rushed through the aisles to find what I was looking for. Red cellophane (out of stock) and retirement stuff. The selection was terrible and the only crown they had was broken. The store overall looked like the end of a going out of business sale in some places. I had picked up a St Patrick's day scarf and ended up putting that back and rushing out. I went to the Party City by Lakeline and it was so different and I found everything I needed! I will drive out of my way for that Party City! I'm not blaming this Party City's employees cause I feel bad for them. I should have called OSHA cause that can't have been safe for them."
