"I'm devastated to do this review BUT it must be said. I've been coming to Seva (now has a new name) for the last 4 yrs. Asia is usually my technician. I love her work. I get Facials, massages, brow shaping, brow tinting and upper lip done here. And once in a blue Moon, I like to get a natural look lash extension done. For all the services mentioned before I've gotten wonderful service, no complaints. However, I do have to mention something that happened today. When I get my lashes extension the glue is quite strong and heavy. it clumps within 3 days and the extensions feel like stabbing in my eyes. So it quickly becomes a burden in my eyelids. So I can't stand more than 1 week with them. So in desperation I ripped them in the past (removing several lashes) which I truly regret. This time l decided to go to Seva and have them professionally removed to save myself the pain and months of waiting for new lashes to come out. I was so wrong! I was told to close my eyes. I felt they put in some oil that smelled like baby oil. Not even 15 seconds after it they were ripping my lashes off. Yes, ripping! I mentioned many times it hurt. The whole process lasted no more than 45 seconds. And for the first time they didn't handle me the mirror to double check the service. I was in pain with oily eyes. I was told the service had no cost, I asked why not they said just no. So a joke saying do I still have lashes or not? The only laughing was me and so I left. When I got to my car, wiped my eyes and looked at myself. I couldn't believe several of my lashes were in fact ripped off! I have got the single lash extension done AND removal by that Slavic women do which is a lot more expensive several times and one thing I know is that they use a lash removal gel product that they leave for 5-10 minutes and then they safely remove lashes with a tool. No pain. No nothing So having my lashes ripped at Seva was a terrifying experience. As much as I love the other services here. I WON'T recommend the lash extensions nor the removal here. Everything else is great!"

"I came here to get my eyebrows done yesterday and only asked for a cleanup, that meaning I didn’t want them thinner or a different shape and I made that clear. Then the lady told me she tried to not take off as much hair, she made them really thin and overly trimmed the front of my brows. Do not recommend coming here unless you like thin brows, and want cuts next to your eyebrows. I usually always go to the wheeling location because they’ve actually listened to my request of how I want my eyebrows done. DON’T come to this location."

"I went in for a simple eyebrow waxing. I wish I could remember the girl’s name because she did a marvelous job. My eyebrows are normally very faint and hard to see on my skin tone. The lady offered to tint them for me. At first, I was nervous because I had never had that done before. I was afraid it wouldn’t look good. But I absolutely LOVED the end result. My eyebrows look great! I will be back again."
