"This was my first time coming to this salon and reason why I decided to because I had seen it had 5 stars. I wish I had look at the reviews very well and save myself my money & time. If this is your time coming I would not recommend it. I was suppose to get a Pedicure & Full Set. Pedicure went fine but when the full set went the complete opposite. I had mention to the lady I wanted a full set and she agreed. She kept telling to choose a color she wanted and I shown her a pic what I wanted as shown below. When I had seen she was adding the polish on my nails I had stop her and told her no I wanted fullest so she then brings the front-end person and manager that I wanted a full set. Keep in mind I had my appointment at 6pm and it’s 7:40pm when she had done my nails and I did not wanted to be there long and told me they can offer the full set so I said its okay I’ll stick the to manicure as the lady wanted to do on me. Before the lady added the polish she had charge me which is WEIRD because usually all salons charge after the service. I wish I had taken an image of the first BOTH THUMBS WERE MESS UP and the manager had to fix. Mind you it’s already 8:30pm when I’m there and still waiting to dry my nails. Also, The manager had laugh in my face to come for my full set thinking it’s funny I wasted $77 for this. Did not even offer a credit or apology. Once I left there my nail wasn’t still fully dry and got damage. Ladiesss save your money somewhere else."
