"I made a waxing appointment, but needed to cancel. I logged in online to cancel my appointment, but somehow the cancellation I made online didn't go through. I was out of the country for 10 days on a cruise and didn't have any cell phone service; so notifications/calls were received. Then I received an invoice for a "no call/no show". Since I cancelled online, I wasn't sure why I received this. I called the place and the person I spoke with (Michelle) was very adamant on not waiving the invoice even though I cancelled online and was out of the country. After explaining my situation and asking for a "one-time" courtesy of waiving the invoice, she said no. Unfortunately, this type of customer service is unacceptable to me. Not waiving an invoice as a one time courtesy (even though I tried cancelling online) isn't good customer service. Needless to say any company that has no flexibility like this isn't somewhere I will be going in the future."
