"Got a dip manicure and the process the tech was taking was a very unusual approach but whatever gets done right? The technician was coughing and sneezing the entire time while using her filing machine on my nails as well. She would tug on my arms and squeeze my hands when she would sneeze or cough; not even covering, granted she had a mask but still!!!! She didn’t even give me the right color powder."

"This place has really gone down. I made an appointment for a no chip mani and a pedi for yesterday and it was the worst I have ever gotten. I usually come here and get great service but not this time. The place was busy, but I had an appointment, and they just rushed through my service. I paid over $60 plus tip to get nails that look like they were painted by a 5 year old. I was really upset as they ruined a special day for me. They over filed my nails and left huge gaps without nail polish. The polish is crooked and has bubbles. I got this done yesterday, yet the pictures look like they are over a week old. I wish the pictures showed more details because this is so sloppy. Also my cuticles were barely cleaned. The layers of polish were sooo thick.. looks terrible. I've never had my nails done this bad before. I tried explaining that I was displeased but the lady doing my nails was in such a rush that she dismissed me... i regret tipping both techs."
