"I have been going to this establishment for the last 25 years. I usually get my hair done by Maria who is awesome, but unfortunately today was the only day I was able to go in and she did not work there. I took a (horrible) risk by getting my haircut done by a new stylist named EDDY. I could list the numerous reasons why this visit was extremely unprofessional but I’ll keep it short and will let the pictures do all the speaking. From the start customer service was not how it usually is. The atmosphere was extremely unwelcoming and my family and I were ignored for the first 5 minutes after entering. When we were finally acknowledged he acted as if we were an inconvenience to him. He came to the front desk still munching on his lunch and acted like he was in a rush to get back to whatever he was doing prior to this encounter(at this point we were the only customers in the building). Prior to the cut I simply asked for a .5 inch trim as my hair was pretty long and healthy but needed a quick touch up. After the hair cut was done (extremely different from what I had asked for, as you can see from the pictures) he not only belittled my concerns but also acknowledged that he disregarded my request for the hair length apparently because the length he cut suited me more than what I had requested. The issue was not just length, it was that there were chunks of hair that were not cut, all the pieces were uneven, and there were areas of hair had not been cut at all. I’m not sure what technique he was trying to use but I have never seen anyone cut my hair in such a manner in my whole life. However I tried to trust the process and hoped for the best while I watched him cut in a zigzag manner. At the end when I asked him to fix the haircut he once again belittled my concerns and said there was nothing that could be fixed and it looked “so great”. I finally gave up and realized that the conversation was not going anywhere with the lack of customer service that was being shown. Although it was obvious I completely hated my haircut I did give him a tip, but once he saw the tip he rudely muttered under his breath in Spanish. THIS was definitely THE WORST service I have ever received in the last 25 years of coming to this establishment. I will not be going back any time soon especially if this is how the new service is going to be."
