She never left a message to state who she was and then prompted to tell my mother that she could not service her when the appointment was already scheduled a MONTH in advance. Not only that she has fine hair and the last two styles pulled out a section of her edges. And DeeDee already knew her hair was fine and still installed medium to large braids. When you are a business you follow up professionally and then you stick to your word. Now you have upset client who will never return. I don't understand how you can be wrong and mean to people who are paying you. No you don't have to accept all business, but when you do stick to your word. I wish no malice towards your company but i do hope and pray that you learn adequate enough skills to stay in business."
