"Worst haircut in my life. I asked for the lady to cut a few inches off my hair and layer it a little bit. She cut my hair and layered it so short that it looks like there’s only two layers and no type of blending at all. I came back the next day and a different lady tried to fix it, and even her said that she doesn’t know how and why she cut my hair like that. I think her name is Gladys. She’s very nice and she did really tried her best to fix it but there’s really no way of fixing it without cutting my hair even shorter. I called the next day to talk to the manager and was hoping to get a refund but it turned out that the lady who cut my hair the first time was the manager. I didn’t get any refund or an apology at least, she was so defensive on what she did and said that she was gonna call back the same day before the day ends. The day ended and I never received a call, I called back the store and it turned out she already went home for the day. I’ve called back the next few days hoping to talk to her but she never called up to this day. Worst customer service ever. The picture attached is the second cut that was “fixed”"
