"my nails were $70 and they are awful. i asked for almond and as she was shaping them they were way too wide so when i asked for them to be skinnier she told me no because she would go back to fix them and she never did. I then asked for a french tip and she said she would not do them the way i wanted. instead, i got a terrible, fat, thick french tip. i asked for a bow with a little gem, emphasis on the word "little", and she gave me a gem bigger than the bow design. These are the worst nails I have ever had, and the worst part is, i asked for the changes to be made and they werent. The service was bad, she was very rude."

"I’m actually really upset that I feel the need to write this review because I come here regularly and I’ve normally had a good experience. I just want to say that the staff and management are always very friendly to me and the majority of the experiences I’ve had here have been good. I’m just not sure I’ll be able to return after what happened yesterday. The woman who did my pedicure yesterday was the only employee not wearing a mask and she COUGHED DIRECTLY ON MY FOOT TWICE. SHE DID NOT COVER HER MOUTH OR EVEN TURN HER HEAD. I literally watched this happen and physically felt it on my skin. I was honestly in shock. It was so disgusting, unsanitary and ignorant. I should have said something at the time but I was too shocked. I’ve never had an experience like this is my entire life at a nail salon and I’m still pretty upset about the incident. To make matters worse, she then burned the top of my foot with the bath water. It was hands down the worst pedicure I’ve ever received and I just don’t think I can come back here after this. It’s so disappointing because I’ve been coming here for years."

"Ive been to so many places in the Chicago suburbs and every place is subpar. Nail tek It is my go to for pedicures. I go every 2-3weeks. Their staff is always friendly, prices a reasonable. Always an excellent massage with the deluxe pedicure! Highly recommend! Love the owners too! They always remember my name and they really seem to care."

"Sue and the staff always welcomed Katherine and I like family! Nail Tek does such a nice job with our manicures, and we enjoy the signature pedicures! We like the upgraded pedicure chairs. Nail Tek remodeled their salon a few years ago, and it’s a nice environment. There is an ATM in the salon if you need cash an it charges a very low, minimal fee to use. There is also a very nice, clean , remodeled bathroom in the salon ."

"I get dip nails here. They last 3-4 weeks easily without breaking. I’ve gotten them done about 5 times now with a different tech each time and each set has been amazing! No appointment needed I always just walk in"
