"My family has been coming here for years. They’ve switched management 3 times. Most recently the no chip has been chipping in 2 days. They’re so concerned about you leaving a tip but they rush your service. After speaking with the manager Taura, and her telling me if my husband didn’t return within 2 days to get the no chip fixed, it’s not her problem. My husband got a clear no chip on Saturday evening and was on a flight for his 1 week business trip on Monday. It’s not her problem though! To make matters more interesting, she did his no chip 3 weeks prior and it chipped. They have lost loyal customers and great tippers."

"I have been coming to koi nail spa for over 5 years and have recommended several friends. I always had a positive experience until today. The water for my pedicure was cool, I asked for it to be warmer but it didn't improve. Then I got a basic manicure, and my cuticles are cracked and dry. It wasn't the usual process for cleaning them up. The first color I got completely chipped off when I was paying. They said they would fix it and let me pick a different color. The polish seems old because she had to stop and add a solution to it. My nails have bubbles all over them and aren't fully painted. And the nail tech was coughing and seemed sick. It was such a disappointing visit!"
