"For 5 days I called and tried to get a new furnace installed.. I had money in hand.. they kept saying "we will call you to set something up"..finally they called me and I had missed their call. I called them back not even 10 minutes later and was told that they could've got a furnace installed today if I answered but they "decided to go another direction" and they would once again have to call me back to schedule.. once I started to get upset on the phone I was placed on hold and when they came back they said "we can squeeze you in tomorrow morning at 8am but some of our workers families are sick so there may be a chance we will have to reschedule" I called another company locally and they came looked at the old furnace and gave me a quote and will be here to install tomorrow.. I DO NOT RECOMEND PETERS TO ANYONE AS MY EXPERINCE WAS HORRIBLE"

"The service guy that came out was SECOND TO NONE! I've lived at my residence since 2014, and the furnace has never worked very well. Someone told me about this person and they were absolutely right! This servicer really knows what he is doing, and works quickly and efficiently! If you need help with your furnace or central air, ASK FOR TAYLOR!!! I guarantee you will never regret it! He really knows how to do his job! IMO, he's the ONLY one to call in the entire tri-state area!"
