"If I could give this location zero stars I would. Be prepared to endure chaos at any day because there are usually about 30 teenage girls in there and the entire shopping experience is nuts. The store is mall, the testers are all dirty and I wouldn’t touch it, nothings barely in stock and the associates are all in high school, very rude, u see trained and don’t know anything if you ask them. I was just in the store, I ran in after making a return next door and I had the bag from the other store. I initially ok not needed one item but I saw some gifts I wanted to grab and I just threw them all in the bag I had from the store next door. As I was almost at the register, a young employee ran up to me and demanded I “give back what I took” / in a nut shell she accused me of shop lifting. Never in my life have I stolen anything and I was simply using the bag I had for another store as a make shift basket after grabbing more items than I could hold. She said “I saw you on the camera”…. I was mortified and shaking I could barely speak. Thank God a more level headed employee was around for me to speak with who saw that I was about to pay but I had to convince them I was not stealing it was NUTS. They said they’ve had a high volume of theft but the odd part is how can I be stealing if I haven’t even had a chance to get to the register? I was still looking around. When did we start accusing people of shoplifting when they’re simply SHOPPING I plan to call corporate in the morning beware of CARLA at the dt Naperville ULTA. She just turned a loyal ulta shopping into an Ex loyal customer"

"I called this store in tears because of a horrible hair coloring mishap that I had experienced. Within 30 minutes after I called, they opened up an appointment spot for me to fix my hair. Emily was my stylist and she did an AMAZING job!!!! She really put a lot of effort into figuring out what was best to do for the situation I was in, and i could not be happier with how my hair turned out. She is the sweetest person I have ever met and really put in overtime to make me feel beautiful. I went through 2 sessions with Emily to get my hair back to a natural color, and I really look forward to seeing her again!"

"Best experience I’ve had in a longg time! I haven’t gotten my hair done in years due to past experiences and after bleaching my own hair, I really needed a color correction and help restoring my curls. I informed Emily of all my concerns during our consultation. She was so thorough and took note of everything I mentioned. She made sure to guide me through the process and knowledgeably answer all questions I had. She had a bubbly personality and was super efficient. I have crazy thick hair that requires A LOT of attention and she was able to get me in and out way faster than expected. I overall was so happy with everything and she set me up with some great products to take care of her beautiful work. She truly saved my curls !!! Only seeing her from now on"
