"Just got my hair cut by a guy at this store. I thought a 3 toed Sloth was cutting my hair! He moved so slow there surely had to be something recreational used at lunch! It took 45 minutes and my hair is uncut in several places! 1.5 inch hair pieces over my ears. How can he not see that he missed hair everywhere? Forget the back..... hair is 1/2" longer on my left side. He never set down his comb and used it constantly as a measuring tool! After the first minute of cutting I wanted to just leave... I should have! I will never go back to Great Clips again!"

"Do not waste your time going to this location. This location always has new hires who have no idea what they are doing. I am a male with short hair and get the same basic haircut every couple of months, has never taken more than 20 minutes. My last two experiences were both by two different new hires. They took over an hour to cut my hair. I am fine with somebody taking their time to cut my hair as long as it turns out right. unfortunately, in my last experience it did not as it was unevenly cut and there are spots that were completely missed. because of this I will be paying for another haircut somewhere else for this to get corrected. I do not ever plan on going back to this location."

"I walked in was greeted at the door. Everyone is super nice. Ines is amazing and professional. There intern Mariah is super sweet. I got a face framing with layers hair cut. Not easy to do as I have curly hair. All I can say is Wow. I've been to salons but this was by far the best haircut I've received. I got so many compliments. Location was clean and organized. This is definitely my new go to salon. I'm super happy."
