"I received a pedicure here, so I can't speak for anything else. The nail tech was very sweet, and did an ok job, but what was most concerning was the hygiene or lack there of. The foot basin did not have the disposable plastic bag in it and the nail file that was used was clearly a communal file from the white resin left all over it. I don't know where the nail clippers came from either, whether they were out of a sterile environment or ones that had been used prior. The tech didn't spray any rubbing alcohol on my toes from what I recall either like I have had done at other salons. The paint job was so-so, and she didn't even remove the dead skin from the tops of my toes. Sad to write such a review after hearing such good things about this salon."

"This was my first time at Khroma and frankly it was my best nail experience since I started getting my nails done a few years ago! Carla did a phenomenal job on my nails :) I came in with two options. She helped me decide and picked my colors for me!The salon has a chic laid back vibe to it and it was so relaxing! I’ve been searching for a nail place since we moved here and this is the one, I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"I don’t know the girls name I went to but when I went I was going for an acrylic set. i wanted an almond shape but it was my first time with that shape so i was nervous. she said that these press on almond shaped nails would be better. I am also a hairdresser so she said these nails - that are adhered with uv gel - were the best. the nail art was amazing but.. a WEEK later they were already lifting. the gel started peeling off on two fingers. and my thumb is all warped from the warm water from shampooing clients (I assume??). she put a stain proof top coat on which was great but she put a ton of glue underneath and everything from hair to toner to lotion is sticking to it.. even when i scrub at it. also bc it’s on my entire nail there is constant pressure when I grab things."

"I scheduled my appointment 1 week in advance for my sister and I. The appointment was for 2 gel pedicures, 1 dip manicure and 1 gel x set. We arrived 5 minutes early and were taken to get our pedicures first. My sister had someone attend to her right away, while I waited 10 minutes before someone came to me. The women who worked on my pedicure was named Daniella. She took about 50% of my old gel polish off my toes and then started to push my cuticles back. She was pushing nail polish into my cuticles so I asked her “can you fully remove my nail polish? i dont think you can fully get my cuticles if there’s still nail polish on my toes”. She then took about 40% more off but there was still polish left over. I let it go and she continued the pedicure. Once she started painting my toes and curing the polish, she wiped them with alcohol and I noticed the polish was coming off so i said “the polish looks streaky. i think it’s coming off” she then said “it’s the nail polish. that’s what happens. it’s supposed to do that” i said “we’ll the polish is coming off on the cotton you’re using and leaving streaks” she then proceeded to say “YOU CAME TO THE WRONG SALON” excuse me?? I am paying for a service! if my nails are streaky, ADD ANOTHER COAT OF POLISH. do not tell your customer that they came to the wrong salon and that they have an attitude?? it’s YOUR JOB to fix something if your customer isn’t happy!!!! Once my service was done, i told her manager how disrespectful and unprofessional she was. Daniella came up to me and told me to show the manger my toes. MY NAIL IS CRACKED, CHIPPED, NAIL POLISH ON MY SKIN, MY POLISH IS STILL STREAKY. Daniella proceeded to get hostile with me and i said “who are you??” and she said “i work here”. i said “AND IM THE CUSTOMER” i will NEVER be coming here again and quite frankly, Daniella deserves to be FIRED after her completely unprofessional attitude and what i took as THREATS. my sister and i left and did not get our nails done. Khroma deserves NO ONE’s money."
