"I've been a regular at LA Nails for dip manicures for the past year. The salon policy is any chips/broken nails within the first two weeks of a dip manicure is fixed, no cost and no questions asked. In a year, I've only taken them up on this twice. My nails last twice as long here than other salons in the area. Another plus is the salon policy is to honor appointments over walk-ins. The other day, I came in as a walk in and the nail tech who first greeted me took the time to apologize for the wait and explain they have to honor appointments first. I've been on the other side of this scenario and it's nice to see it is consistent. He was extremely polite and I was happy to wait. Quality work, great hours and nice owners - I can't say enough good things about LA Nails."
