"I got short french tips and was charged $55. I was confused as to why they were so much and in the past I didn’t pay $55 for a longer nails with no-chip. I just wanted clarification so I asked. Tension rose quickly because the owner felt defensive that I was asking in the first place. If a paying customer has questions answer them! I already paid I wasn’t trying to get my money back. I got a pedicure too one foot was scrubbed the other wasnt…how is that possible? I will never return and I will make sure everyone I know knows how rude the owner is! CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Learn what that is! As you can see from the pictures this was jot worth $90 bucks!"

"I was referred here and the service sucked big time. The Acrylic is thick and not natural. The white paint have air bubbles in it. I told Taylor before I left I did not like my nails and she like oh well. I am standing in the shop doing this review."

"I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure on Thursday last week, and had probably the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon here. I had to completely redo my own toenail polish when I got home, because it was so thick and sloppy, which I didn't realize how bad they were until I got home. My cuticles were completely destroyed, and she made me bleed several times. Being gentle or slowing down at all wasn't even a possibility, no matter how many times I audibly said "OW" and flinched. The middle finger on my left hand kept bleeding, even after she used the Liquid Styptic, because she was just SO rough with my hands. Then after the gel was applied, the "hand massage" I received included her snapping my fingers between hers, which was awful because my cuticles were already so raw. 3 days later on Saturday, the gel manicure started peeling."
