"I am changing my review due to the cut I got here. I had very long hair cut to a pixie and was told the stylist was familiar with cutting short hair when I booked the appointment. She wasn't familiar with a pixie and leaned on me to tell her what to do. She continued to thin my hair out instead of making it a textured look. I have some hairs that are really long and some that are too short. It is really a mess. I've waited two months to get my hair to grow out enough to be able to get it fixed at another salon. The cut I received was very masculine and not anything I requested. It was very disappointing. When I got to the salon, no one greeted me. This man was sitting in a chair with coffee and didn't say anything. After about 5 minutes he walked behind the front desk. It was weird because no one was inside but the two of us. This place may do a better job with long hair, but I'd find another place for short styles. They do offer free neck trims and a product with the cut which is cool but didn't take them up on it due to how bad my cut is."
