"I hate leaving bad reviews, however, I have received nail and eyebrow services at this salon, and every single time I am left with wrongly shaped nails, nails that look over 2 weeks old, my cuticles never get cut/cleaned, and eyebrows that somehow look messier than the ones I came in with. They use a dirty wet towel that smells terrible to "clean" the dust off your nails that leaves your hands smelling horrible. They don't ask you to wash your hands, which is very strange in my opinion, and work over your dirty nails. I am so upset with the outcome and honestly don't recommend this place. Save your money."

"Came to get a fill in and simple nail art nothing to difficult to handle this was 10-28-23 and my nails look like there close two weeks old. They look very old and rushed work and air bubbles I have already go in a two day period. Over priced wouldn’t have a problem pay Watever but it has to look right out of respect $84.00"

"Total rip off. The little chic Tracey (Thu) in the front booth did my fill in. She did it really fast my nails have lines in them because they didn't cure all the way. She overcharged me $70 when it only should have been $55. Then when I confronted them about it the chic said she charged $20 for cutting my nails. Where they do that at? On top of that the polish started chipping a couple of days later. She better cherish that extra $15 she got out of me because she messed with the wrong one. I will never be back!!!!!"

"It was horrible. Please save your money I came here with my mom and sister. They had a gel manicure and I had an acrylic extension. First off, they weren’t communicating well and they were very rough. The lady that did my nails was window 10, she was very messy and unorganized. After buffing my natural nails she didn’t dust them off to clean them she directly applied the nail glue and false tips. Now mind you I asked for an almond shape and she used the extra curved nails. There was one tip that wouldn’t glue on and you can tell she got frustrated, well that’s what happens when you leave nail dust on. She even burned my pinky because she used the spiky metal drill bit to clean my cuticles. She laid the acrylic very thinly and all bumpy. I already had two nails break off, and I use my hands for day to day things nothing crazy. I asked for some length but due to one breaking and them being curved I tried to shape them at home. My mothers nails began to chip the next day and my sisters nails the same."

"Sandy did my nails she was very nice. But my no-chip is already chipping and it hasn’t even been 4 days. My nails are not shaped correctly. I had to go back the next day because my butterflies was falling off. Van redid them her attitude was horrible and very unprofessional. Van was very rude to me. She wanted to charge me for something I just paid for the night before. Holly did my pedicure and she was nice also but my big toe is already chipping as well. I spent $105 for my manicure and pedicure to not even last a day. Don’t waste your money go to a nail shop where it will at least last two weeks. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. But it’s definitely a waste of your time and money and I don’t want anyone else to experience what happened to me. Very Unprofessional Work"
