"I know that balloon arrangements are all the range, and I have a wonderful lady I use for that, but sometimes you just want an old fashioned balloon display. Helium and all. Renting a tank and doing it yourself is truly not worth the trouble; buying a tank is crazy expensive for the amount of helium they give you. That brought me to party city to get a balloon bouquet for my baby girl. Matthew helped me plan it, and wrote detailed instructions for the people inflating the bouquet. Ryan made sure to get my details correct and even offered free delivery!!! I had not used Party City in awhile, but I understand how they stay in business when so many brick and mortars are going out. Their selection is great, their shelves are well stocked and they take care of their customers. They also give a military discount with ID. Super happy and the next time I want an arrangement I know where to go."
