"Took my 85 year old Grandmother here for a mani/pedi. When I dropped her off I explicitly asked the gentleman at the front for a standard. Nothing higher. When I came back I see a bill 2x the original price. They argued she asked for the “best” pedi so he gave her the “best” one available (aka most expensive) even though I explicitly asked for a standard when dropping her off. They took advantage of an old lady and upcharged her and with no remorse. Extremely unprofessional and unethical."

"Always love to go here when I’m in town! My sister and I always get consistent manicures and pedicures and now that I know they have Gel x, I will be going here when I’m back home! They are always flexible and accommodating when we walk in."

"Awful experience, every nail was a different shape, rough around the nail edges and extremely thick. I’ve had bad gel manicures in the past but this one was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Came home and had to scrape them off for hours. Money wasted. The gentleman had a terrible attitude and skills to match. Skipping steps, rude when asked to correct. So disappointing!"

"I've always had great experience here. Linda is amazing with her pedicures--got the lavender spa one. Max and Taylor collaborated with my no chip manicure (showed them an inspiration nail pic they executed beautifully). Picture is a week after my manicure. Love this place!"

"This is a picture of my nails when I exited this place, they assigned me a new employee and she took more than 1 hour plus my nails were very sharped from the inside, I called this place to complain and refused to go back since it’s obvious that this is a family business, they didn’t even apologize and no refunds are accepted so just be careful when you go"
