"Not very friendly. Got a kinda decent manicure. Pedicure not so much. I was sent get my pedicure with no assistance after getting my manicure (wet nails). Sock fell in the water. She was very rough, not helpful and no personality whatsoever. Will not be going back there again."

"Customer service is non existent. Not friendly and burned the crap out of my nail while filing down the acrylic I actually have a divit in my nail and burned and received NO apologies whatsoever . They scam you on their prices. Went and got a kids manicure and an acrylic fill they charged me $20 for the kids manicure after arguing with me about my childs age and that the guy who worked on her nails should have asked her age when i walked in and stated i wanted a kids manicure he could have asked right at that time . Checked their brochure said $10 for kids 10 and under. Her nail polish already started peeling off that day, they didn't clean the polish off the skin & 3 of my nails are bumpy They charged me $40 for an acrylic fill and their brochure says $25 and $40 for a no chip gel fill-in which I did not get I said and recieved acrylic fill. Always check what you're being charged for !"

"Definitely would not recommend! Ive been there a handful of times and only once was I happy with my nails (Anna did a decent job). They don’t go out of their way to make you feel welcome and if you have shorter nails, you will get ridiculed for it! The man who sits right behind Anna, first chair off to the right is TERRIBLE! He should not even be a nail tech! Pics attached are of the LAST time I was there. Anna did offer to fix my nails, but I was already upset and decided to never go back. I’ve always gotten a dip and never had issues. Don’t waste your money or time!"

"Horrible customer service. The nail tech ripped off my nails with a fake tip and he even used his OWN nail to remove them. Ripped off a chunk of my natural nail, horrible job done and as I was paying he asked if I’m going to leave him a tip. 0/10 do not recommend this place."

"First time experience, and I came as a walk in 30 minutes after they opened on a Thursday. Clean facility, was greeted by the staff when I walked in. Well organized and lots of colors to choose from. I only had enough time for a pedicure. The gentleman who was doing my pedicure (I didn’t catch his name) was excellent. I did the honey princess pedicure with a no chip polish called “disco ball”. Most relaxing pedicure experience I’ve had. The lights were dimmed, soft music playing, great massage on the calves and feet I will definitely be coming back for more services."
