"It was the night before my son’s 10 AM birthday, and I was rushing to find last-minute gifts & party favors. I called this location, and even though they were going to be closing within minutes of my arrival, the super sweet lady working there went and got the items I needed and had them for me at the front register, so I was in and out within two minutes. She even called me back to let me know that she could only accept credit cards at that time. Her customer service was above and beyond! And she made my sons day!"

"I asked the lady in the front where there kids costumes were. She told me about a few places they were, but it was kind of noisy in there and she was talking in an uninterested tone. Seems like she wanted me to leave her alone so she could continue talking to the man that works there. He told her to go show me where the kids costumes were. Thankfully he had sense cause she wasn't thinking."

"It is better because last tow times that I stayed this store was empty!"

"DO NOT PUT YOUR KIDS IN THE CARTS!! THE CART TIPPED DUE TO THE BROKEN FRONT WHEEL AND MY 11 MTH OLD AND 3 YR OLD FELL ON THE FLOOR!!! THEY DIDN'T CARE JUST OFFES A NEW CART THAT WAS ALSO BROKEN AND PUT THE BROKEN ONE BACK IN THE CART BAY. NOW MY KIDS ARM IS SKINNED UP.. LUCKY IT WASN'T WORSE AND MY BABYS HEADS WEREN'T BUSTED OPEN."

"Just left this place and very disappointed. Went to get 2 balloons filled with helium and the lady filling them up used one hand because she was on her cell phone and cause one of our balloons to rip and then was gonna charge to replace it...do better party city"
