". Made my appointment 2weeks prior, arrived 10 minutes early. As I was seated in the chair a man came in, my hair lady (can’t call her a stylist as there is no professionalism here) stated it’ll be a couple minutes umm my haircut usually takes 30minutes+ , I told her that I need my hair dried ( noticed everyone leaving with wet hair? 40 degrees outside) . Hair lady says she does not have time but if I come back later she can. Waste of time…"
