"I took a break from this location for about a year because the food was not fresh. Have them another try and still was disappointed! Order ahead on app at about 11:30a for food to be ready at 12:10p. Arrived at 12:05, food was ready, got back to work at 12:10 and food was COLD..not even warm, but COLD. Which tells me they did not wait to make my food, then for ingredients not to eveb taste fresh. I reported this but never heard back from a manager like I was told."

"Food was not edible. Quickly and sloppily prepared, and the staff was very rude on top of that. Food was soaking wet and seeped through the bag and ruined the seat of my car. The bowl was so wet the bottom of the container broke open. While in line one of the staff snapped at the man behind me to get his attention. Whole experience was chaos and the food was so bad it was thrown away."

"The food is always great but the order is never right at this location. This is the second time in a week that I got a door dash order in my bag instead of my order. Since they're so adamant about double checking your confirmation number before you can get your bag, you'd think the orders would be correct."

"This is more for Chipotle as a company than this specific establishment. I ordered a steak burrito with no sour cream and two bags of chips for delivery, and I received a steak bowl with sour cream and two bags of chips. I go to the Chipotle website to get a refund, and all I get is an automated system that gives me a free entree reward. No option to speak with a person. No option for a refund. I ultimately paid a delivery charge and driver tip for two bags of chips, and I am still hungry."
