"HORRIBLE SERVICE Bought something for curbing pickup (for convenience because of baby) once on the store was no parking assigned to this. Proceeded to Called but first time was put on hold for about 5 min, when the employee return to the phone she did not remember (was the same person). After she asked everything again, called “dropped”. Call again, ask for the same thing (same employee) she said ‘ok’ and called “dropped again”. Walked inside the store thinking probably they were in a rush hour, but it was empty. They need to be trained in customer services BASICS."
