"Anna! What happened?! I came in for a fade and she didn’t cut half my hair! I’ve been in several times with good results but it was my first time with this stylist. My hair was literally long enough to grab behind my ears, I had a clipper mark above my ear where she must have bumped me, she didn’t shave my neck below the cape. I had a horizontal stripe on my neck! I should have checked but she was so confident. Sorry, Anna. Won’t be back. :( Luckily Fox Lake Barber was open to fix me up before work tomorrow."

"Horrible expierence today. Arrived at 8:28a for my 8:30a appt. They checked me in & advised Ashley would be with me shortly. At 9:15 one of her peers advised that is your client & you should talk with them. Which she refused to do. You can hear everything in this location. 9:20 another client comes in and not greeted. Not a hello. At 9:30 with no contact after sitting in lobby I left. I advised the other client she can take my appt & she stated that she had an appt. I told I do too but it was at 8:30 & they haven't provided an update. I received an email advising that I didn't show for my appointment. All lies. My time is worth $ as well. The lack of customer service is horrible. I will never go back to this location."

"I visited the Salon while on vacation with my family. I was very clear on providing instruction to Tori on what I wished to achieve with my look. She assured me she would have no difficulty with my request.After about a 4 hour session, I expressed my concern to her indicating there was way too much color and it was completely the wrong color. The intent was blonde highlights however the color was a distinctive orange color. Tori agreed that it was a mistake and offered to correct it by passing me off to another stylist due to her commitment out of town.I reluctantly agreed due to the horrible color and brassy appearance I was left with. On Saturday (2 days later) I revisited the salon and the stylists all gathered and discussed my color and condition of my hair. They cautioned her several times not to leave in the color product too long or it would turn orange.That's exactly what happened. I am now left with severely damaged hair and a horribly embarrassing look that will have to be professionally corrected at a significant cost to me.
