Yes, it was owner Nancy. She responded to me to try to find out who did my hair but she does not want to understand that it was her that did my hair. Her name is Nancy and she is the owner of this little shop. She just needs to admit it."

"Nancy is amazing. I dropped in to get my kids’ hair cut. She happily welcomed us as walk-ins and took excellent care of my girls! She was so kind and patient with them. "I went to Nancy years ago as a child and just recently decided to return for a haircut. I didn’t stop going because of the service, but because the location (Woodfield Mall) was too far from me and a barber was much closer. Nancy hasn’t changed at all in the ~8 years since I last saw her. She is incredibly professional, funny, and kind. She has a vast knowledge of hair and was able to look at a photo on my phone and replicate the haircut. I was incredibly comfortable as a male getting my haircut as this salon, and will definitely be returning! The price is about $10.00 more expensive than the barber, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. She washes hair before it is cut and follows COVID protocols. I would give this salon 10 stars if I could!"
