"I came here expecting a quick trip but as soon as I walk in I’m bombarded with questions. I came in with my 2 year old son who was very tired and irritated, I knew this but I knew I’d be fast being that I knew exactly what I needed. I couldn’t even leave the front section of the store for maybe 3-4 minutes because I had a lady explaining all these products to me that I clearly wasn’t even interested in. I got to the register and the girl asked me 4 times if I wanted to sign up for a credit card even with seeing that I was in a rush and had my 2 year old son. I do understand that this is their job so I am very polite. But I can’t imagine how many other people feel this way."

"Horrible hair cut . My daughter has curly hair . We told her she wanted the hair to be cut to rest right below her shoulders, even showed a picture from two years ago of her hair that length. Her hair is cut above her ears!! She’s traumatized. The lady cutting her hair even said , oh did you see that her curl bounced right up , she didn’t know what she was doing and now urine don’t daughters hair"
