"I went to this establishment yesterday February 1st 2024 to get hair cut. The customer service was ok, but when it came down to getting my hair cut the Gal that did it Mutilated my hair. I asked for a 1 on the sides and back , a inch on top and everything faded together. What I received was patches everywhere. My hair is screwed. The Gal looked and sounded like she was doing hair for a long time but looks can be deceiving. So now it's will shave my head or just wear a hat till it grows back.. I will never be going back to that establishment for a hair cut.. and will not be recommending it to anyone I know..."
