"Went in for simple trim, left with uneven hair. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed, which left it shorter than I wanted. Called today to talk to manager, nothing can be done for refund or free fix (which I wasn't going to let them do) because they need to see my hair before it was fixed. 0 stars. $55 spent yesterday total for a simple trim to be done."

"I took my 7 year old granddaughter for a haircut at the one in Mchenry Plaza Illinois. It's the first ime someone else has ever cut her hair so I was nervous. The stylist Casey (she is rude!!) came up and said what do you want done and I said I just want it cleaned up and cut exactly how her hair is is the way she wears it. She demanded I tell her a style then asked if I want feathering. I said I don't know what those terms mean, I just want it cut exactly how she wears it. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and say she needed a style and then asked if I wanted to look at books. I said no this is her style I just want it cleaned up. So then she said she would take an inch off and I said I wasn't sure if that was too much (by this time I was scared to have her touch her hair). So all she did was comb her hair and take a tiny bit off the ends. You can tell she was irritated with me but as a stylist she should be helping me and walking me thru the stuff. It doesn't even look like she got a haircut, I could of done it myself at home. So then the next day I called to complain to the manager Debbie and she basically could of cared less. She asked if I wanted to bring her back in and I said no I dont trust any of you to touch her hair. She didn't care at all. I told her that I will not be giving a good review and she didn't care. So basically a stylist rolled her eyes at me and had an attitude towards me, I paid for a haircut that doesn't even look like it got cut and the manager didn't care about it all. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"Do not know their names but I can describe them. I should have walked out the door but my daughter wanted to get her haircut and just wanted a trim so unfortunately we stayed. All I wanted was a trim and the leather face with tattoos from too much sun could not handle that. I paid extra for wash for both of us and my back was soaked, hair is uneven, and did not even dry it. Had an attitude whole time. Next, the large woman who tried to give my daughter curtain bangs failed miserably. Her hair is uneven and the bangs were literally hacked and way to short. I feel bad because she has long beautiful hair and wanted long curtain bangs to flow into hair as they should. Clearly, that person slept during that lesson on how to cut hair. Basically, they suck and if you do NOT know how to cut hair and CLEARLY do not want to be there keep it moving. I am trying to help future hope filled people who will be left disappointed. Reason why they are empty, very disappointed as I am sure many have been. I give honest reviews good and bad, period. Money is too hard to come by."

"Unfortunately the lady who cut my husband hair wasn't there. The two ladies today by 5 pm did whatever they wanted, no style at all!!! my husband me and are so upset. Looks they want to go home and that's it. No quality of service and unprofessional people."
