"I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and had my five year old son with me. The salon was empty so I told my son to sit in the chair next to me. The lady told him to move to another chair across from me which I didn't see the need for because the salon was empty but still told my son to move chairs. He responded that he was scared so I comforted him and told him there was nothing to be afraid of. Another lady then comes up and says "move, move, move"! to my son and made a comment in her native language to the other lady. I did not react I just simply got up grabbed my son's hand and walked out of the salon. I am still appalled at the egregious behavior by the staff!!!!"

"This place is super clean our two nail technicians Kevin and Nelson we're amazing. They were super great with my ankle, I had surgery about 2 months ago, and always making sure I didn't hurt with how he was moving it. We will definitely come back! We just did a basic pedicure and we're very happy!"

"I really don’t want to give a bad review because the owner and the other employee were nice and friendly, but I really felt like our visit was too much. We had appointments at 1pm and came in early. We choose our nail polish and the owner started working on one of us removing the gel polish. 30 minutes later came the other employee to remove my gel polish. The whole process of removing it and applying extensions took 2 and a half hours. And even after so much work, our nails just had too much gel on them and the work was very sloppy. I had to ask the owner to correct mine at least 2 times and after that I just gave up. After spending 3 hours here to get a simple remove of existing and apply new gel, which at other salons has never been more then an hour and 15 min, we were exhausted and had no energy for anything else. I was very disappointed with my nails but I also just wanted to end the experience which maybe I should have done way earlier. On top of everything, the owner and employee kept switching spots and working on both of us which might have resulted in the terrible outcome and I am not sure why they did that. I should mention that in December they had a 10% off special but for the price we paid and results we got, that was meaningless and not worth it. I will definitely not be returning here."

"All I know is, I walked in very emotional. And everyone working was very kind to me. I walked out with probably the prettiest nails I’ve ever had. She(Jennifer I believe) made my nails look exactly how I felt. I will be back, I truly appreciated the quality but the sensitivity and kindness they showed me."

"Ended up coming in around 6:30pm for a full set and green tea pedicure (which I recommend!), and I really appreciated Jennifer’s passion, thoroughness, and creativity for how she did my nails. She took her time, was very patient, and listened to my needs. Highly recommend getting your nails done here! Sidenote — please disregard the cuts on my cuticles! I did those to myself (>_"
