"BEWARE OMG I should've read the reviews. It's extremely mediocre. My daughter's nails are horrible at $40. Should've gone somewhere else. Annie refused to provide a refund. However, her son was very nice & understanding. He even said it's up to her."

"If you're ever in a rush to get your nails done, never go to Annie's near syrup on Randall. Worst decision ever! Went to get a gel manicure and it was horrible. The owner had her son give me a manicure even though she could have done it herself being that I was the only customer there! When I noticed the nails weren't done or dry enough I mentioned it to her but she told me they were what due to the color I chose, at which point she offered to change the color the next day. When I paid the bills she gave me as change were ripped. Later that night during my important dinner my manicure started chipping away and falling off. As per our discussion, I called her the next day and explained to the situation to which she responded that she would change the color but you would charge me a whole new manicure. Not only did she not keep her word, but she was also beyond rude. No apologies were offered and most definitely the customer is not her main concern. Places like this shouldn't be open for business if they are not going to treat their customers with honesty and respect."

"A bit chaotic in there, didn't look very clean. Did not see any sanitizing equipment. Owner seemed a bit off (maybe drunk?) and talked non-stop the entire 90 mins. I understand she was trying to sell her other services to me, but I really just wanted to zone out and relax. She critiqued my toes, my eyebrows, my hair, which I am not offended by, I just wanted her to stop talking to me. Plus, the poor thing barely spoke English so it was really awkward because I had to have her repeat everything more than twice! She herself was very disheveled and was wearing dirty and ripped clothing. My manicure was not great either, I still had lots of cuticles that I cut when I got home. Her prices were great, but it was not a pleasant experience at all."

"DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely saddened by this entire experience. I went in for a quick manicure, I told them I didn’t want my cuticles cut. The woman working on my nails was sleeping on the floor when I came in, the owner was eating in front of me. I looked past all this because I figured - we’re re only human. It wasn’t until the 15th time I said “please stop cutting my cuticles” that I gave up. As I was getting ready to leave the owner started screaming at me and telling me I was psycho for not wanting their service. She said “I know you’re pregnant - you should get your head checked since that’s not safe for the baby” she insulted me and threaten to call the cops if I didn’t pay for the full service. Mind you, I’m standing at the counter willing to pay. So I got terrible service, harrassed, threatened and told that I was insane, and they got $15 for cutting my cuticles and letting me wash my hands."
