"Took my granddaughter to Fadi to get her hair done after she had damaged it by flat ironing it too frequently and without using oil on the ends. Fadi was so patient, kind and an excellent listener! He kindly explained to her how she was damaging her hair. He also told her the proper temp for the flat iron and for her to keep her hand moving and not stop when using it. He was so professional. Fadi is truly a great guy!! She loves her hair!"

"Severe Heat damage. These people do not care about the health of a black women's hair. They are not gentle and don't use heat protection. Also, if you are fully natural, make sure they are not slipping any chemicals into your hair. I swear, after washing my hair, it smells like he put some type of treatment in my hair. Ladies save yourself a trip and just stick with our people!"

"This was the first time I put any heat on my hair after combing my locs out after 4 years of growth. When I left I was satisfied with the look but I smelled like burnt hair. After a week I washed my hair and had severe heat damage. I didn’t flat iron or blow dry my hair within the week. I only use rollers. I had to cut about 6 inches of hair. I went from breast length to shoulder length hair and still have some straight pieces. Ruined my natural hair in one visit. I wish I would have took the time to do it myself at home."
