"Horrible customer service. We ordered balloons and were told they could be delivered for free. We were supposed to get them this morning for my daughter’s birthday. I have two random calls from New York and a message from door dash saying “I have your delivery”. No mention of balloons in that message, and I had no idea Party City used door dash bc they didn’t say that, but I checked my DoorDash app just to see. Nothing is there, so I’m assuming it’s a scam. I should also mention that NO ONE CAME TO OUR DOOR. When I called party city bc our balloon delivery didn’t arrive (and I didn’t think they were part of the New York phone calls), I get told that the person came, knocked on our door, and left, so now we’re SOL. My husband has been up since 5am. No one knocked. They refuse to send another driver, bc they already sent one out….EVEN THOUGH THE PERSON DIDNT COME UP TO OUR DOOR AND KNOCK. Idk I feel like Party City could’ve mentioned to look out for phone calls from door dash, they could’ve mentioned it would show up as an entirely different state, and they could’ve honored the fact that they screwed up. But they didn’t."

"I can't tell you how much it means that you took the time to reach out to me… thank you very much. I sure appreciate it! I was disappointed with the lack of customer service… there were 2 or 3 ladies working and blowing up the balloon orders..and when I tried to ask them a quick question, they were extremely rude… it just was a terrible experience unfortunately and I was not thrilled at all to find out that yall charge for airing up some of the balloons… a per balloon helium rate… I completely understand that sometimes these extra charges are completely out of the store management capabilities. But it wasn't a very nice add-on to the attitude that we were already getting."

"I like this place. It's clean, organized and the staff are friendly. The only problem I had on this visit was the cashier failed to apply the buy 2 get one free on the foil service pans. I paid for my 3rd pan when it should have been free. I didn't notice until after I got home."

"I just ran in to get big balloons aired for a photoshoot. The girl with the glasses was super quick about it and was very gracious when I was a little in a hurry. Great service and I do appreciate the customer service!!"
