"I love this place. Vicky always takes very good care of me. She is very detailed and do my nails exactly the way I want. Everyone here is very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. They also play my favorite music so my time there is very relaxing."
"DON’T COME HERE!!! I have come here for years and I’m so done with this place it’s not even funny! They are rude and some of these people aren’t even licensed professionals. It’s not sanitary, I have seen them try to use used tools with other peoples cuticles and dust on it. I have stopped them before they do because that’s how you get fungus. There was a time I went in to get my acrylics taken off and my natural fingers painted so I could give my nail beds a break. They used cuticle clippers to pull the acrylics off my nails instead of soaking them in pure acetone!! They ripped my nail bed up so bad that the nail beds were actually bleeding. I was literally complaining about the pain going ow and they just kept doing it. Acting like I was a baby. I told my mom who was a nail tech and she got angry. She told me to NEVER let them do that again. That that damages your nail beds and causes your nail to grow back differently and they will never be the same because it’s basically scarred for life. The reason why I’m finally done with these people though, is that I went a week ago with my parents to get a pedicure. I asked for the full service pedicure and no chip. The dude who was working on me was about to send me off without doing everything that the full service entails. He didn’t speak a lick of English and I had to talk to others to even speak to him. I wasn’t about to pay the price of the full works for a regular pedicure. They acted like he just hadn’t gotten to it yet. But he had opened my arm chair and waved towards the entrance like he was done. If I hadn’t said anything I would have paid for a full works that I didn’t even get! I have gotten no chip every time I went there and it was ALWAYS 10 dollars. 5 for a foot or hand. Now they’re saying it was always 20, 10 for a hand or foot. NOPE! It wasn’t. They even said ask your mom she will tell you. Like my mom was going to back them up. But my mom was as confused as me about the price change. Why they have to lie about this is beyond me. But what pisses me off about this the most, is for the past 4 months that I have gone, the no chip they would use on me was old and gunky and should of been thrown away. It doesn’t even polish right, there are streaks in the polish. But they are too cheap to throw it away. A WEEK after it’s on, it always starts to chip and peel off my toes. I have had to come in and get it redone multiple times with these people for this reason. Not just for my feet but for my hands. I didn’t care so much before because it was only 10 bucks, 5 a foot and they would redo it for free. But now they’ve made it 20 bucks, 10 a foot. I’m not paying 20 bucks for something old that shouldn’t be used anymore! Great you’ll fix it for free, but it’s an inconvenience that should not be happening for that price! I’m honestly done with this business. I will be taking my money elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same! They don’t care about you or you nails, they care about your money!"
"They used barely any product which was pulling at the layers. I asked for a thicker coat and they said “it’s a light color and 3 coats have already been on.” Do what you will just be warned."
"Great experience. Got a manicure. Great nail tech. And lots of colors to choose from. UPDATE: Came back a couple months later and it was awful made reservations ahead of time for three. When we got there five minutes ahead we had to wait ok, so we did for 15 minutes and then once they sat me down at a pedicure chair THEY DIDN’T COME BACK FOR 50 MINUTES. And for my friends, one of them they served immediately and she had a great service, But for my other friend she had to wait over an hour to get her manicure and then when she was served she asked why it took so long even though we had a reservation and the nail tech said you can only book reservations for parties of two and under, We’ll than why did they say it was ok and still have me make a reservation. And if you move an inch during your manicure you’ll be yelled at by a nail tech. And if you do not pay immediately after your manicure if finished they will get mad as hell. Had good passed experience but do not plan on coming back."
