"Stopped in store to check out their beautiful fireplaces. Talked to the person at the counter, didn't care that I was there at all took 2 phone calls before moping over to Me. I said I wanted to buy an insert. He said "leave your name and number and we will get back to you to set up an appointment". So I did. I call balk one week later and he says very Rudely you didn't set up an appointment. Why did I give you my name and number to not set up an appointment. He also told me when I stopped in that the lady who schedules appointments is busy. He was very rude today on the phone."

"Called about getting my chimney inspected in early fall and was told I has to wait till spring. Then called for glass replacement for a stove they sell and was told there was a 6 to 8 week wait for glass yet I called "Woodstove fireplace glass" out of Illinois (not that far from dubuque) and they had it here in 2 days. Hire more help and find better suppliers if you want business in today's market..."
