"Recently needed a power drain auger to clear out my sewer main. I called a few different big box stores in the area to see if they had this tool available to rent. Each store I had spoken with was very transactional (which was expected). None of them had the tool available. Then I remembered I had driven past Jack's on 26th st all of my adult life so I figured to at least give them a call. I've never stepped foot into their store before and had no clue if they had a power drain auger. When I called in I spoke with Randy, you can tell he appreciates everyone's business and loves his job. He told me he had a better tool to get the job done. I drove to his location to check it out and rented the tool. All the employees were genuinely nice and helpful. The tool I rented was the electric eel, highly recommend it, cleaned out my sewer main in half the time compared to using the usual power drain auger I normally rent. I will definitely be doing business with Jack's on the future and will be telling everyone about the great customer service, tools and pricing they offer. I wish I would have called you guys years ago!"
