"Well the reviews do it justice. Went in last night cottleville location, ordered a bowl, very light on the protein and I wanted lots of queso and was told he couldn't give my anymore cause they were almost out and other customers might want some. What a joke. After adding the other stuff to my bowl which could have easily fit in the mini bowl I said nevermind and left. Moe's is right down the street so might have to start going there. We have had previous issues with them selling us a half bath of chips for 2$. Hope the owners step it up. There are too many other options customers can go to, especially at the cottleville location."

"“Due to staffing issues, the drive through is closed and pick up orders accepted only”. Meanwhile I drove past the store and saw 5 employees standing around laughing inside. I am sympathetic to actual staffing issues, but this seems more like they just didn’t want to service the drive-through window. Which means that, as someone who is handicapped, I just have to end up going somewhere else, because that is easier than getting in and out of the car."

"Stopped in on 11.6.23 around 7:30 pm. Went to the drive through had great customer service. My order was incorrect so I called the store spoke with a lady that told me to come back for replacement. Well when I got there I was greeted by an African American lady she was annoyed and asked if I brought the food back with me. I told her the other lady literally just me to come back less than 10 minutes ago. She made my burritos angry and barely wrapped. She through it in the bag and said sorry with no compassion at all."

"Rushing through orders without regard to customer requests. Uneven portions. Lady in front of me had heaping portion of rice and protein. I had half of what she had. Paying the same price. Young employees undertrained. Please inform them to stop rushing and make portions equal. I paid over $30 for half bowl portions x3."

"Was super excited and the first time I ordered for delivery it was wonderful. Since then however I am getting less and less in my bowl which is not worth the price. As others have stated, burnt chicken and little rice. Pic below doesn't fully justify just how empty my bowl was."
