"The internal staff has the communication skills of a geriatric frog and the resourcefulness of a 1 armed turtle. I attempted to dine in with my Autistic son in hopes of keeping his sensory issues from overloading. The staff had the unmitigated gall to tell me ‘dine in is closed!’ It was 5:38pm on a Friday! The inebriated staff member uttered from his saggy jaws , ‘we only open for door dash N’ grub hub’ I presented the logical deduction; ‘then would it not be an intelligent idea to place a sign on the front entrance & or lock the door?’ I am throughly discussed. My son began to cry. He just wanted his mucho calente double bean burrito! You had to ruin this experience for him! You should be ashamed of yourself! (Just like that martial arts guy)"

"Got nachos instead of burritos. Wouldn't give me receipt and told me it was what I ordered. Couldn't do anything as I was on break.."

"First off the guy who took my order was really fun but I was honestly blown away by how good the beef chalupa was, lately I’ve gotten some stale ones but not at this location! Today it was made fresh and it was delicious, made exactly the way I crave them!"

"This location was extremely busy when we visited today, both inside and drive thru. Inside, one of the order stations was out of service. You might think I was gearing up to tell you about the horrible experience we had, but it was exactly the opposite. The staff did an amazing job being polite to everyone and managing customer expectations. The wait for the food was surprisingly short given the line and was still well made and did not look like it was thrown together in a rush. Very pleased with the service we received! Kudos to the staff working today."

"We have never had any issues with this location, but the staff isn't really memorable either. I'm not saying they are bad or good. They are just kind of there doing their job. Which is fine. I don't expect 5 star restaurants behaver from a fast food joint. The place does always seem to be clean."
