QDOBA Mexican Eats

"Ordered a nacho, the person only wanted to give me a half scoop of cheese. After the lady told her it’s two scoops, she proceeds to give me another half a ladle of cheese. I’ve come to this location before and they give me at least two full ladles of cheese and Ive aaked for one extra ladle it’s not a problem. The lady also asked me which cheese was regular, I told her I don’t know I don’t work here."

"Michael was very helpful when making my bowl! The food tasted great and the service was top notch! Please recognize this team for their awesome hard work and especially Michael for being so kind and helpful! He even made me aware that there is an app you can get to earn rewards which I downloaded before I left the store! Love this place!"

"I hadn't been to Qdoba in probably 2 years so to walk in, only eating here one time before, I was treated like I was stupid while trying to place my order. When they asked about sides and that type of thing I had no idea how they came or what sizes so when I asked I was treated like I should have already known. Then when trying to get guacamole on my burrito the lady throws a lump right in the middle. I look at her and she obviously reads my mind and says "don't worry it will spread out." (which it did not) and to top it all off, as I was checking out, paying $42 for myself my wife and my child. I was asked how much of a tip I would like to give? My first thought was "for what, making my food?" The service is disguised as "polite" yet you can see the disgust on the employee's faces and it's almost as if you can feel tention in the air. Not a very good experience."

"Hands down the worst Qdoba around. They mess my online order up almost every time. Today I was surprised with sour cream all over my order despite not selecting it because I am lactose intolerant. And now I get these inedible chunks in my side of guacamole. Dont waste your money at this location. Trust me."
